Accommodation

You can choose different apartments depending on how many students are you. All the rooms are available in 'SINGLE ROOM', so there is only 1 student per bedroom, even if there are 2 beds on each the room (you can use the other bed in case of visitors). 

If you come alone and you need flat mates, tell it us and we will find you them. It could be with Spanish students or with other international exchange students!

Just choose which 5 apartments you like them more (in order of preference), and we will book it for you. When we find somebody who also likes the same flat, and they agree to share it with you, we will book it definitely on your names.

Rents

1 Bedroom Apartments have a rent about 330€-430€ per month. Normally there is only 1 room, so the student don't share the accommodation.   

2 Bedroom Apartments have a rent about 400€-480 per month. There are 2 students per apartment, so each student pays around 200€. 

3 Bedroom Apartments The rent is around 450-600€ per month, it means around 150-200€ per student.

4 Bedroom Apartments have a rent about 600-640€ per month. There are 4 students per apartment, so each student pays 150-160€.

5 Bedroom Apartments have a rent about 1000€ per month. There are 5 students per apartment, so each student pays 200€. 

7 Bedroom House has a rent about 1260€ per month. There are maximum 7 students per apartment,. In this case it will be an extra room (number 8th) for using it just in case of visitors.

IMPORTANT: All contracts have a duration for a period of 5 months (Sept-Feb / Feb-June), in case to stay longer, the contract would be for 10 months (from September to the end of June).

Taxes

The accommodation rent doesn't include water and electricity costs.  

• Water is around 6-8€ per person per month.

• Electricity depends on you spend (heaters, vitroceramic hob, oven..) it's around 30 euros per person per month, but it always depends on you spend. 

  • Electricity bills come on different dates depending on the accommodation so, every month the agency takes 30€ in advance and at the end of the contract, after watching the bills, if you have paid more than bills show you will get money back, if not, you will have to pay the difference between paid and used.

• Internet is extra charge 20€/30€ per month, depending on the speed, in all apartments (in case you need it). 

• If you decide to be less students than rooms in the apartment, the rent will be divided between the students that stay in the flat.

• Apartments check-in are from 8th September (or 2nd February in case of second semester). The exact day will depend on each the semester

• Apartments check-out are around 26th January or 20th June. Both cases at 10:00h a.m.

• In case you come before we can try to get you a temporal accommodation in other building meanwhile yours is being ready. But in case you come on August take into consideration that rents can be much more higher because is High Tourist season in Gandia. In that case the cheapest option is to get a room in a hostel in Valencia until your accommodation is available. 

• We always get accommodation for everybody, even 1 week before arriving! so, please "Tranquilos" we will manage best and soon as possible.

• Bed linen is not included. To rent It costs 5€/bed sheet. 10€/blanket.
